Our company is licensed in the State of Texas as a Residential Service Agency (RSA License#: ——) and is authorized to provide Aides and Medication Management. New Hope Healthcare Services is also a Texas Medicaid vendor holding a contract with the Texas Department of Health Services (Vendor#: —–).

New Hope Healthcare Services is bonded and insured in accordance with the state of Texas regulations for Residential Service Agencies.
Our clients range from frail or disabled elderly or recently discharged hospital patients in need of total hands-on care, to those who just need someone for social stimulation to avoid depression and ensure psychological well-being.
We plan to raise the bar in skilled nursing care, with the goal of promoting the health, independence, and quality of life for our patients, while maintaining patient safety and privacy.

Personalized Care
Our skilled caregivers provide one-on-one medical care and respond to your changing healthcare needs, with the goal of improving the quality of life for the individual and their families. Best of all, care can be provided in the comfort of the client’s own home.
Licensed Caregiver
We interview all nurses and run local and national criminal records, reference checks, license verifications, and more. Our caregivers are required to maintain a professional liability insurance policy in addition to the one held directly by New Hope Healthcare Services.
24 Hour Support
Our team is available 24/7 to assist with your nursing needs. When you join New Hope Healthcare Services’ network, you are guaranteed to receive timely answers to all of your questions, whether you have an immediate need or want to inquire about a long- or short-term contract.
Flexible Scheduling
Each client has unique needs—some may require around-the-clock care, while others may need a weekly check-in. We find the nurse best suited to your changing health needs. For healthcare staffing, nurses are available for per diem, short-term, long-term, or direct hire assignments.
